My Favorite Granola
One of the favorite staples in our home is this delicious healthy granola recipes adapted from the cookbook "UNDIET" by, Meghan Telpnar. It replaces boxed cereal and is a healthy evening snack!

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and sea salt. • In a small bowl, combine coconut oil and raw honey.  Pour over dry mixture and stir well.  Use your hands if you need to! • Spread mix out on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. • Stir around and bake for 5-10 minutes more or until light brown.  Remove and let cool. • Mix in cranberries and store in mason jars.
